Becoming a Citizen

To become a Citizen in The Kingdom of Health you must have a sponsor, sign up as a Citizen and pay the $25.00 Citizenship annual dues.

With products of such high quality and the only source being The Kingdom of Health all that was needed was a system of distribution that benefited everyone involved, thus ProShare was introduced. The name ProShare comes from the concept of a Profit-Sharing system of distribution that all Citizens can take part in. ProShare not only increases the desire to enroll new Citizens within The Kingdom, it virtually guarantees individual prosperity for those wishing to participate. Two things help ensure the growth of your Kingdom.

First: Using generous amounts of old world nutrients guarantees virtually everyone will feel the difference. As each Citizen begins to enjoy more energy, less pain, improved elimination, softer, smoother, healthier, younger looking skin, better medical exams, stronger fingernails, clearer thinking, greater range of motion and many other health benefits, he or she is encouraged to share their individual results with everyone. Combine that with ProShare, which can enable any Citizen to not only cover the cost of his or her products, but also create a sense of financial freedom and you have everything necessary for success.

Second: In The Kingdom of Health all Citizens are equal with the right to achieve his or her desired goals. ProShare does not discriminate between Citizens in any way. There are no educational or experience qualifications necessary to participate. Everyone becomes a Citizen the same way and starts at the same rank. ProShare can show no favoritism because all Citizens must accomplish the same numbers to advance in rank.

The Citizen who sponsors you has a vested interest in helping you and your Kingdom grow. Any Citizen can become equal to or even out rank his or her sponsor. As a result you can earn more profits than your sponsor without harming his or her Kingdom.

Because of the design of ProShare your sponsor is always excited to see your Kingdom grow, which virtually guarantees harmony among Kingdoms. As an Active Citizen your only objectives are to consume the products, enjoy the benefits, share the results and enroll (sponsor) New Citizens into your Kingdom.

Citizenship Qualifications

Citizen
Anyone can become a Citizen in order to:

A) Purchase a Healthy Combo and
B) Secure a position in the ProShare Kingdom Matrix (paid through 1st level only)

A Citizen is anyone who orders a healthy Combo Package but chooses not to be on the Auto/Ship Privilege Program. Under this program:

A) The Citizen must purchase the Healthy Combo of his or her choice ($130.00
plus shipping and tax).

    B) The Citizen will be qualified for payments from the ProShare Matrix through
         their first (1st) level only. In order to earn payments on additional levels the
         Citizen must become an Active Citizen and meet the requirements explained in
         the compensation plan.

C) The Citizen will not be qualified for the Royal Bonus. In order to qualify for the
Royal Bonus a Citizen must become an Active Citizen

    D) The Citizen must pay the full Retail price for any additional product at the time
         of purchase. In order to purchase additional products at up to 40% savings the
         Citizen must become an Active Citizen.

Active Citizen
Anyone can become an Active Citizen in order to:

    A) Purchase a Healthy Combo on the Auto/Ship Privilege Program and
    B) Secure a position in the ProShare Kingdom Matrix and
    C) Qualify to earn income from the Royal Bonus Program and
    D) Qualify to purchase any other NHC product at up to 40% off retail price

An Active Citizen is anyone who orders a Healthy Combo Package on the Auto/Ship Privilege Program.

An Active Citizen may choose Plan #1 or Plan #2.

Plan #1: Using a credit or debit card the products will be automatically shipped every other month with the full amount ($130.00 plus shipping and tax) automatically deducted every other month.

    A) Qualifies the Active Citizen for 2 months to receive payments from the
         ProShare and Royal Bonus Programs as outlined in the compensation plan with
         the products shipped every other month.

B) Qualifies the Active Citizen in the Auto/Ship Privilege Program to receive up
to 40% off all other NHC products.

    C) The Active Citizen understands that the products will be shipped every other
         month and the full amount needed to purchase products will be automatically
         deducted from his or her credit or debit card every other month.

Plan #2: Using a credit or debit card the products will be automatically shipped every other month with one half (1/2) the amount needed to purchase products automatically deducted from his or her credit or debit card at the time of purchase and the remaining one half (1/2) will be deducted on the same day the following month.

    A) Qualifies the Active Citizen each month to receive payments from the
         ProShare and Royal Bonus Programs as outlined in the compensation plan with
         the products shipped every other month.

B) Qualifies the Active Citizen in the Auto/Ship Privilege Program to receive up
to 40% off all other NHC products.

    C) The Active Citizen understands that the products will be shipped every other
         month and that one half (1/2) the amount needed to purchase products will be
         automatically deducted from his or her credit or debit card at the time of
         purchase and the remaining one half (1/2) will be deducted on the same day
         the following month.

Apprentice Program
Anyone can become an Apprentice in order to:

    A) Purchase the MSM+C on the Auto/Ship Program and
    B) Secure a position in the ProShare Matrix (paid through 1st level only) and
    C) Qualify to earn income from the Royal Bonus Program

An Apprentice is someone wishing to become a Citizen or Active Citizen at a later date. Qualifications for Apprenticeship are:

    A) An Apprentice is someone on Auto/Ship for a two-month supply of MSM+C
         powder or capsule for $65.00 plus shipping and tax automatically billed to his
         or her credit or debit card.

    B) The Apprentice can use a credit or debit card any pay the full amount
         ($65.00 plus shipping and tax) every other month. Products will be shipped
         every other month under the Auto/Ship Program.

    C) The Apprentice can use a credit or debit card any pay one half (1/2) the
         amount ($32.50 plus shipping and tax) every month. Products will be shipped
         every other month under the Auto/Ship Program.

    D) An Apprentice is qualified to receive payments under the ProShare
         compensation plan through their first (1st) level only. In order to earn payments
         on additional levels the Apprentice must become an Active Citizen and meet
         the requirements explained in the compensation plan.

E) The Apprentice will be qualified to receive the Royal Bonus as explained in the
Royal Bonus compensation plan.

    F) The Apprentice must pay full retail prices for any additional NHC products
         ordered. In order to purchase products for up to 40% off retail he or she must
         meet the qualifications of an Active Citizen.

Kingdom Rankings

Serf: To qualify for this rank a Citizen must:

A) Meet the qualifications of an Apprentice, Citizen or Active Citizen.

Squire: To qualify for this rank a Citizen must:
